Farm Journal, the largest national U.S. farm magazine, is a prime source of practical information on crops and livestock for farm families. Published 12 times a year, the magazine emphasizes agricultural production, technology and policy. As the flagship of Farm Journal Media, Farm Journal has a rich history spanning 133 years of service to U.S. agriculture, quality journalism and innovations in circulation technology. Farm Journal was first published in March 1877 for farmers in the bountiful agricultural regions within a day’s ride of the publication’s office in Philadelphia.

Top Producer is the premier magazine devoted to the business of farming. The focus on industry leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators in agriculture make this magazine the authoritative business resource for commercial farm operators. The 160,000 farm executives who read Top Producer are the "Cream of the Crop" and are responsible for the bulk of the U.S. farm products sold and the purchase of nearly 80% of all farm inputs.

Beef Today is the only nationwide publication that currently serves beef producers of all sizes—large and small. Almost 185,000 beef producers stay abreast of the cattle industry by reading Farm Journal’s Beef Today. It delivers the tools cattlemen need to make sustainable and profitable choices to transition their herd to the next generation. Dairy Today, with its award-winning editorial content, is a trusted source of dairy information for its subscriber base of U.S. dairy producers. Dairy Today began as a livestock dairy insert, Dairy Extra, in Farm Journal in the mid 1960s. In 1985, it became a stand-alone publication. Today, it is published for medium and large dairy farms, focusing on dairy trends, production, management, markets and policy. The magazine’s editorial staff also works with freelance dairy writers located throughout the country and with freelancers in Europe and New Zealand. Its contributing editors are some of the leading dairy experts from across the U.S., both at universities and in private practice.

Professional Farmers of America (PFA) is one of agriculture’s highest-profile organizations, recognized as a thought leader and top adviser for commodity markets, farm policy and breaking news. More than 14,000 of the largest and most influential farmers and ranchers are PFA "Members" who receive a variety of information services including the weekly Pro Farmer newsletter and LandOwner newsletter. PFA’s farm and agribusiness constituents are dispersed nationally, but are concentrated in the Midwest heartland. A typical PFA Member operates about 2,000 crop acres, and more than 30% also raise livestock. PFA was founded in 1973 and has been part of Farm Journal Media since 1998.
